John specializes in the disposition and acquisition (sourcing) development land, infill/re-development sites, in Toronto and the surrounding Municipalities. In addition, John has expertise in successfully marketing unique, major properties within southern Ontario.John's Vendor client list includes a cross-section of governmental agencies, financial institutions, Receivers, major corporations, non-profit corporations, as well as private owners, Canada Lands, Ontario Power Generation, Royal Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia, Citibank, Roynat, Ernst & Young, Mutual Trust, Effort Trust, Richter & Partners, KPMG, Cambridge Shopping Centre (Markborough Properties), Zurich Life, Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC), BICC (Philips) Cables and the Family Services Association of Metropolitan Toronto (FSA).

His purchasers include a wide range of GTA based developers/builders as well as commercial/retail/ industrial users seeking sites. As a result of his market specialization and active membership in the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association (GTHBA), the Urban Development Institute (UDI),and the Association of Ontario Land Economists (AOLE), John personally knows the majority of the GTA building/development community. John combines Royal LePage's market leadership position with his own personal marketing initiatives to ensure that property listings are given maximum exposure through comprehensive and aggressive marketing, through his wide ranging personal contact list; his large, current, purchaser data base; excellent administrative and research support to ensure timely and comprehensive distribution of property details; providing property details on five internet addresses; familiar and identifiable advertising and signage; informative website; and additional initiatives depending on type and location of the property.

John has over ten years successful experience in his market specialty and is a seven time recipient of Royal LePage's award for superior sales performance, "The President's Round Table", as well as the "Award of Excellence" for achieving the "Round Table" award on a consistent basis. He is a regular contributor to various real estate publications in relation to developments in market demand and pricing for development land and sites.

John has an Honours B.A. from York University and, previous to his career as a real estate professional, he had senior management experience in private industry, and also was an Executive Assistant to an Ontario Cabinet Minister.
