Michael specializes in consulting with a focus on tenant/landlord realty-tax recharge issues.

Formerly with Colliers International Realty Advisors Inc., Michael has 6 years experience in the property tax consulting field. Michael has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson Polytechnic University, a Diploma in Real Property Administration from Seneca College, and he is an associate member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors (AIMA)

Michael also sits on the Board of Directors as Past President of the Ontario Land Economists (PLE). Michael has completed reviews of all classes of property, and has appeared as an expert witness and advocate at the Assessment Review Board of Ontario.
